Payment and Insurance Information

We participate with many major health plans. We appreciate payment of co-payments, deductibles and non covered services at the time of service. We welcome all out of network patients and will be happy to make payment arrangements for you. We will submit claims on your behalf and will help you to understand your out of network benefits. We are happy to accommodate any patient requesting our services.

We perform some surgeries in our office, some at North Jersey Center for Surgery (an ambulatory surgery center) and some at Newton Memorial Hospital. Our office will schedule your preoperative testing and your operation or procedure as quickly and conveniently as possible. We will assist you in obtaining all necessary pre-authorizations. Our Insurance Verification Specialist will confirm your benefits with your insurance carrier and inform you of any copayments and deductibles for which you may be responsible.
